We have made all the preparations, simmered and reduced, to enable you to serve a delicious sauce without spending hours in the kitchen. To us, it is all about making cooking easy and turning you into an expert chef in your own kitchen. Choose between four variants:
Heat the sauce gently and add 1-2 dl of double cream. Thicken the sauce with corn flour, and add salt and freshly ground black pepper to your liking. Great with fish and seafood dishes.
